BleuMundae Group Shop is operated by BleuMundae Group LLC. Because our products are fulfilled directly by supplier partners through Shopify Collective, return eligibility and procedures vary by supplier.
Return Window
Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition and original packaging. Some product categories (such as personal care items, opened electronics, or custom orders) may not be eligible for return.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us through our Contact page within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and reason for the return.
- We will coordinate with the supplier on your behalf and provide return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by the supplier, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
